Levels 1-10
Human characters in the World of Warcraft get such useful racial talents that give them +5 to
both swords and maces, they also receive a tiny spirit bonus as well as Diplomacy which can help
them gain reputation a good 10% quicker. The Pally may not have all these but in the end, there
really isn’t much difference at all.
For starters, every time you wish to go up an even numbered level, you would need to go see a
Paladin trainer. These trainers would have new skills which you are required to learn so be sure to
get them all and use the skills well. When you get to Level 8, you will receive the hammer of
justice which would allow you to heal as well as stop fleeing mobs. As soon as you get to Level 10,
you will get your first taste of the overpower through the Blessing of Protection as well as Lay of
Hands. BOP enables you to become immune to any physical damage for a good 6 seconds and the LOH
would restore your health entirely but will cost you all of your mana. If you use this well, it
would be like having 3 lives if you use the BOP to heal.
At Level 6, you would also be able to receive the Seal of the Crusader. If you judge this
together with the Seal of Righteousness it would increase Holy damage and this could come in quite
handy. When you get to Level 11, you should have it easy even when taking on 2 or more mobs from
your same level. You wont be able to do it every single time but do know that when needed, you can
actually do it which other characters wont be able to accomplish.
When you get to Levels 19 up to 20, you can proceed to Duskwood and The Wetlands where you would
be able to do some questing. Duskwood has plenty of the undead which is great since when you get to
Level 20 you learn Exorcism from your trainer. Make sure that you do the Stalvan quest chain as
soon as you can. It would involve quite a bit of running about but you are sure to get loads of
experience for it. For Levels 21-30, most of your questing would be done in Redridge Mountains,
Hillsbrad Foothills, Duskwood and The Wetlands.
For Levels 31 through 40 a lot of the questing that you will be doing would be moved to The
Badlands, Desolace, Stranglehorn Vale and in the Arathi Highlands. Be sure to check with the maps
during the beginning as there are other places as well besides the ones mentioned above. But those
listed above are the ones that would keep you very busy. Levels 41-50 would see you questing
through The Hinterlands, the Arathi Highlands, Feralas, Tanaris Desert, Searing George,
Stranglehorn Vale and Azsahara.
For the home stretch, Levels 51-60 would see you questing through the Un Goro Crater,
Winterspring, Searing Gorge as well as the Eastern and Western Plaguelands where there’s plenty of
the undead which I’m sure you’ll enjoy. There you have it, hope you find your way through WoW
