WoW Warrior Leveling Guide

WoW Warrior GuideIn World of Warcraft, Warriors are a strong and sturdy class of melee tanks who range from all races with the exclusion of the Blood Elf race. They can use all kinds of weapons, wear any protective armor up to plate, and gain their abilities from their pool of rage; it is generated during combat, and goes down as the Warrior uses more abilities. Warriors are considered the best and most reliable tanks in World of Warcraft.

The Warriors' only ranged attack is either from a gun or another range-type weapon, which makes them vulnerable to being unable to attack an enemy if they are too far out of range. Warriors can be equipped with shields, creating a combination of different battle styles. Equipping your Warrior with the right weapons can result in being able to bring down large enemies. They also can close in on an enemy quickly before the enemy can escape completely. Warrior skills make them very good on with offensive and defensive fighting.

Depending on what race you choose for your Warrior will depend on what you are interested in. Each race comes with a different skill to aid your Warrior character. For example, choosing a Human Warrior will give you the spirit bonus for faster HP regeneration while a Turen Warrior will give you the War Stomp ability. However you like it, even if you just want a more visually appealing Warrior, the ultimate preference is yours to make.

Warriors aren't just made for fighting. They need money just like everyone else. Choosing the right profession will help your Warrior in that area. When you're first starting out, it is suggested to start off with a combination of gathering skills like Mining and Skinning. If that's not to your liking, Herbalism and Alchemy are also considered a good combination since potions come in very handy for Warriors.

As mentioned before, Warriors gain their strength in abilities by drawing on the power of Rage - just like Rouges use Energy and Casters use Mana. The more a Warrior does damage and takes hits, the more Rage that will increase. The less hits, the less Rage. You can also gain Rage for your Warrior by skills like Bloodrage, Unbridled Wrath, Anger Management, and Berserker Rage. Because they gain Rage by either being hit or hitting, Warriors can sustain a long fighting time against enemies - unless the enemies don't offer much of a fight. One of weakness of a Warrior is they can be controlled easily in crowds and can be rooted during battle, causing them to be removed from it.

Using the statistics provided to you on your Warrior will help you in making your Warrior the best one possible. There are four primary statistics that are the most important: Stamina, Strength, Agility and Spirit. Strength increases your attack power which increases your damage during battle. It also will help increase the amount of damage that can be blocked with your Warrior's shield. Stamina increases your health, which is important because Warriors have the inability to heal themselves. It also helps absorb the amount of damage that can be created by a mob. Agility increases a Warrior overall skill set by increasing a Warrior's overall output damage. Spirit is what raises your health regeneration rate, and is mostly noticeable at higher levels.

These are the basics of creating your Warrior character, but as you develop throughout the game so will your Warrior friend. If you take good care of him, he will take care of you. You can find more information on every single class at:
