WoW Engineering Leveling Guide
The profession of engineering in World of Warcraft is a lot of fun to play and
simple to level. Here are some of the easy steps on leveling. Several suggest using
Engineering and Mining as the two professional skills together, which works well together.
Here is a quick WoW Engineering Leveling Guide that
list the items you will need to level up fast.

It sounds like a lot at the beginning but it will level a character from level 1 to 375 in
Engineering and if you already have supplies it will only take a few hours to completely.
Start by buying a Blacksmith Hammer and a few schematics. Green/ Blue/ Red Firework from Merchant
in Booty Bay/ Iron Forge and Orgimmar- buy at least one of these. Thorium Widget which can be
bought in Orgimmar or Ironforge and Thorium Tube in Winterspring.
Start by following this list:
Rough Blasting Powder until 40.
Handful of Copper Bolts until 50.
Once you reach level 50, make an arclight spanner- this is a tool that Engineers will use often,
this should take you to level 51.
Copper Tubes until 65.
Rough Boom Sticks until 75.
Coarse Blasting Powder until 95.
After reaching level 95, start creating Silver Contact until the skill in Engineering reaches level
105.
Bronze Tubes until 120.
Small Bronze Bombs until 125.
Heavy Blasting Powder until 145.
Big Bronze Bombs until 150.
Whichever colored Firework you bought, start making them until 175.
At 175, create the next tool for Engineers, the Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor which will take the skill
to level 176.
Solid Blasting Powder until 190.
Big Iron Bomb until 195.
Mithril Tubes until 205.
Unstable Triggers until 210.
Hi-Impact Mithril Slugs until 225.
After this the character will need to head to Gadgetzan for training.
Start creating Mithril Casings until 235.
Hi-Explosive Bombs until 245.
Mithril Gyro-Shot until 250.
Dense Blasting Powder until 260.
Thorium Widget until level 290- if you have a schematic for Thorium Shells this can work here
instead of the Widget but if not stick with the Widget.
Continue making Thorium Tubes until level 300 and train again.
At this point you will have to decide if to be a Goblin Engineer or Gnome Engineer. Whichever path
you take, there will be a quest to gain the Artisan skill. The Master Gnome Engineer is in Booty
Bay and the Master Goblin Engineer is in Gadgetzan.
For Goblin Engineers:
20 Big Iron Bombs; 20 Solid Dynamite and 5 Explosive Sheep are the supplies you will need to
join.
For Gnome Engineering:
6 Mithril Tubes; 1 Accurate Scope and 2 Advanced Target Dummies are the supplies you will need to
join.
Once you have chosen a path to follow, leveling from this point is pretty much the same for both
paths.
Start by making Fel Iron Casing until 310.
Fel Iron Bombs until 320.
Fel Iron Musket until 335.
Then start making White Smoke Flares until 350.
Felsteel Stabilizer until 355.
Ultra-Spectropic Detection Goggles until 360.
Khorium Scopes until you reach level 375.
